Vegan Banana Bread

- 12 teaspoon(s) light non-dairy butter spread
- 2/3 cup(s) unsweetened applesauce
- 1 1/2 cup(s) all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 2 1/2 very ripe bananas (1 cup)
- 8 tablespoon(s) non-dairy sour cream
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup(s) walnuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix softened non-dairy butter and brown sugar until creamy with mixer or whisk by hand.
Add applesauce and mix completely.
In a bowl, sift flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add to non-dairy butter mixture and mix.
Add bananas, non- dairy sour cream, and vanilla extract.
Mix.
Add walnuts and add batter to pan.
Bake for 1 hour or until center of loaf comes out clean with toothpick.
Cool on rack for 5-10 minutes.
Slice and enjoy!.
