Ingredients
  

  • 12 teaspoon(s) light non-dairy butter spread
  • 2/3 cup(s) unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 1/2 very ripe bananas (1 cup)
  • 8 tablespoon(s) non-dairy sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup(s) walnuts, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Mix softened non-dairy butter and brown sugar until creamy with mixer or whisk by hand.
  • Add applesauce and mix completely.
  • In a bowl, sift flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Add to non-dairy butter mixture and mix.
  • Add bananas, non- dairy sour cream, and vanilla extract.
  • Mix.
  • Add walnuts and add batter to pan.
  • Bake for 1 hour or until center of loaf comes out clean with toothpick.
  • Cool on rack for 5-10 minutes.
  • Slice and enjoy!.
