Turkey Bacon Creamed Spinach

- 3 extra lean turkey bacon slices
- 1/2 cup(s) yellow onion, chopped
- 2 10 oz packages spinach
- 4 tablespoon(s) light cream cheese
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 1 dash(es) pepper
In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon for 8 minutes.
Transfer to a paper towl and drain off any excess fat.
Add the onion and cook until softened.
Add the spinach and toss.
Add the cream cheese, and salt and pepper.
Heat the mixture over medium heat about 10 minutes.
Add turkey bacon over the spinach and serve.
