Steak Sandwich

- 1 cooking spray
- 4 red pepper, seeded and cut into pieces
- 4 green pepper, seeded and cut into pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
- 1 dash(es) black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoon(s) light butter, melted
- 8 French rolls, sliced
- 16 ounce(s) sirloin steak, grilled
- 2 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
In a large skillet over medium heat, add cooking spray.
When hot, saute the bell peppers, onion, garlic, salt and black pepper until vegetables are tender.
In a large bowl, add oil and butter.
Mix until well combined.
Brush the cut sides of the bread with the oil and butter mixture and place under the broiler.
Cook until the tops are lightly toasted.
Slice the grilled steak into thin strips.
Place the strips on the bottom half of each l and top with cooked vegetables.
Combine both slices of the sandwiches and serve.
