Ingredients
  

  • 1 cooking spray
  • 4 red pepper, seeded and cut into pieces
  • 4 green pepper, seeded and cut into pieces
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
  • 1 dash(es) black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoon(s) light butter, melted
  • 8 French rolls, sliced
  • 16 ounce(s) sirloin steak, grilled
  • 2 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add cooking spray.
  • When hot, saute the bell peppers, onion, garlic, salt and black pepper until vegetables are tender.
  • In a large bowl, add oil and butter.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Brush the cut sides of the bread with the oil and butter mixture and place under the broiler.
  • Cook until the tops are lightly toasted.
  • Slice the grilled steak into thin strips.
  • Place the strips on the bottom half of each l and top with cooked vegetables.
  • Combine both slices of the sandwiches and serve.
