- 4 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 tablespoon(s) salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon(s) chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes
- 12 tablespoon(s) Ranch Dressing
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Wash, peel and cut carrots into long strips.
Place into a sandwich baggie that seals.
Pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil, and salt, ground cumin, chili powder, red peper flakes, and fresh ground pepper into sandwich baggie.
Seal and shake until carrots are evenly coated with spices and oil.
Grease baking pan with remaining oil, then place the carrots on sheet evenly spread in a single layer.
Bake for 25-35 minutes or until carrots are golden.
Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
