Ingredients
  

  • 4 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon(s) chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes
  • 12 tablespoon(s) Ranch Dressing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Wash, peel and cut carrots into long strips.
  • Place into a sandwich baggie that seals.
  • Pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil, and salt, ground cumin, chili powder, red peper flakes, and fresh ground pepper into sandwich baggie.
  • Seal and shake until carrots are evenly coated with spices and oil.
  • Grease baking pan with remaining oil, then place the carrots on sheet evenly spread in a single layer.
  • Bake for 25-35 minutes or until carrots are golden.
  • Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
