- 6 cup(s) broccoli, chopped
- 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) chili powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) soy sauce
- 1/3 tablespoon(s) apple cider vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) hot pepper sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) grated lime zest
Steam the broccoli in a steamer insert set over boiling water, covered.
Cook 3 to 5 minutes.
Transfer broccoli to a large bowl and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a small skillet over medium-low heat for about 1 minute.
Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
Stir in chili powder, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, hot pepper sauce and cloves.
Add the broccoli to the skillet and toss together.
Sprinkle with the lime zest and serve.
