Ingredients
  

  • 6 cup(s) broccoli, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) soy sauce
  • 1/3 tablespoon(s) apple cider vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) hot pepper sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) grated lime zest

Instructions
 

  • Steam the broccoli in a steamer insert set over boiling water, covered.
  • Cook 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Transfer broccoli to a large bowl and set aside.
  • Heat the olive oil in a small skillet over medium-low heat for about 1 minute.
  • Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Stir in chili powder, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, hot pepper sauce and cloves.
  • Add the broccoli to the skillet and toss together.
  • Sprinkle with the lime zest and serve.
