- 2 pound(s) beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/4 cup(s) all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon(s) paprika
- 1 teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cup(s) beef broth
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 1 squash, chopped
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
Place meat into slow cooker.
Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and pour over beef, making sure to stir and coat evenly.
Add garlic, bay leaf, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, onions, beef broth, potatoes, carrots, celery, and zucchini and squash.
Place cover on slow cooker and cook on low for 10-12 hours.
