Ingredients
  

  • 2 pound(s) beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup(s) all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon(s) paprika
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) beef broth
  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 squash, chopped
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Place meat into slow cooker.
  • Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and pour over beef, making sure to stir and coat evenly.
  • Add garlic, bay leaf, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, onions, beef broth, potatoes, carrots, celery, and zucchini and squash.
  • Place cover on slow cooker and cook on low for 10-12 hours.
