Ingredients
  

  • 14 ounce(s) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 16 tablespoon(s) light cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
  • 1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 18-oz. can light cherry pie filling

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix condensed milk, light cream cheese, and lemon juice.
  • Beat on low speed until smooth and combined well.
  • Pour batter into graham cracker pie crust.
  • Place in freezer for 10 minutes.
  • Using a slotted spoon, remove cherries from pie filling can, leaving the gel behind.
  • Place cherries on the cheesecake.
  • Serve or chill in the refrigerator for up to 8 hours.
