
Simply Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 14 ounce(s) can sweetened condensed milk
- 16 tablespoon(s) light cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
- 1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
- 1 18-oz. can light cherry pie filling
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix condensed milk, light cream cheese, and lemon juice.
- Beat on low speed until smooth and combined well.
- Pour batter into graham cracker pie crust.
- Place in freezer for 10 minutes.
- Using a slotted spoon, remove cherries from pie filling can, leaving the gel behind.
- Place cherries on the cheesecake.
- Serve or chill in the refrigerator for up to 8 hours.
