Shrimp Marsala
When most people think of marsala, chicken immediately comes to mind. Not so fast. Whip up a batch of shrimply delicious marsala, and you'll have a shell of a dish! Sea food... and eat it.

- 1/8 cup(s) all purpose flour
- 16 ounce(s) raw colossal shrimp, peeled, rinsed and patted dry
- 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 2/3 cup(s) sliced button mushrooms
- 1/2 cup(s) marsala wine
- 1 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley, chopped
Clean and peel, and devein shrimp.
Sprinkle flour over the shrimp, shaking off excess.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes.
Turn shrimp over.
Add the mushrooms and marsala.
Increase heat to high and cook for 5-7 minutes.
The sauce should start to thicken.
Stir frequently.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Transfer to a plate, serve and enjoy.
