- 1 cooking spray
- 3 tablespoon(s) egg substitute
- 2/3 cup(s) skim milk
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) paprika
- 4 tablespoon(s) parsley
- 1 tablespoon(s) onions, chopped
- 1 cup(s) reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 2 tablespoon(s) parmesan
- 1 cup(s) bread crumbs
- 4 ounce(s) elbow macaroni
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Cook until al dente.
Do not overcook.
Drain it.
Use cooking spray to grease a baking dish and put cooked macaroni in it.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg substitute, milk, paprika, parsley, onion, salt and pepper.
Pour this mixture over the macaroni.
Sprinkle the top with parmesan and breadcrumbs.
Bake for about 35 to 40 minutes.
Serve hot.
