Ingredients
  

  • 1 cooking spray
  • 3 tablespoon(s) egg substitute
  • 2/3 cup(s) skim milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) paprika
  • 4 tablespoon(s) parsley
  • 1 tablespoon(s) onions, chopped
  • 1 cup(s) reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 2 tablespoon(s) parmesan
  • 1 cup(s) bread crumbs
  • 4 ounce(s) elbow macaroni

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Cook until al dente.
  • Do not overcook.
  • Drain it.
  • Use cooking spray to grease a baking dish and put cooked macaroni in it.
  • Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg substitute, milk, paprika, parsley, onion, salt and pepper.
  • Pour this mixture over the macaroni.
  • Sprinkle the top with parmesan and breadcrumbs.
  • Bake for about 35 to 40 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
