- 1 cup(s) chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup(s) cilantro
- 1 tablespoon(s) green olives
- 1 tablespoon(s) white wine vinegar
- 1/8 tablespoon(s) anchovy paste
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon(s) olive oil
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 1 dash(es) pepper
- 2/3 cup(s) lemon juice
- 2 2/3 floz water
- 1/4 cup(s) lime juice
- 2 teaspoon(s) adobo seasoning
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1 cooking spray
Combine tomato, cilantro, green olives, white wine vinegar, anchovy paste, 2 cloves of garlic, oil, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
Set aside.
Whisk the lemon juice, lime juice, water, adobo and the remaining garlic together in a shallow dish.
Add the tilapia and turn to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat your broiler to high.
Line baking sheet with foil and grease with cooking spray.
Remove the fish from the marinade and place on baking sheet.
Broil for about 10 minutes.
Serve with salsa.
