Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup(s) chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup(s) cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon(s) green olives
  • 1 tablespoon(s) white wine vinegar
  • 1/8 tablespoon(s) anchovy paste
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon(s) olive oil
  • 1 dash(es) salt
  • 1 dash(es) pepper
  • 2/3 cup(s) lemon juice
  • 2 2/3 floz water
  • 1/4 cup(s) lime juice
  • 2 teaspoon(s) adobo seasoning
  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 1 cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Combine tomato, cilantro, green olives, white wine vinegar, anchovy paste, 2 cloves of garlic, oil, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
  • Set aside.
  • Whisk the lemon juice, lime juice, water, adobo and the remaining garlic together in a shallow dish.
  • Add the tilapia and turn to coat.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Preheat your broiler to high.
  • Line baking sheet with foil and grease with cooking spray.
  • Remove the fish from the marinade and place on baking sheet.
  • Broil for about 10 minutes.
  • Serve with salsa.
