Heavenly Healthy Turkey Burger

- 4 hamburger buns
- 16 ounce(s) lean ground turkey
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 4 slices low fat American cheese
- 1/8 cup(s) low fat mayonnaise
- 1/8 cup(s) low fat plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoon(s) catsup
- 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon(s) onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon(s) relish
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) paprika
- 2 floz water
- 4 tomato slices
- 4 lettuce leaves
In a food processor blend mayonnaise, yogurt, ketchup, lemon juice, onion, relish, paprika, and water.
Set aside.
Preheat a frying pan over medium heat.
Gently form the ground turkey into thin patties slightly larger than the bun.
Add salt and cook for 3 minutes on one side.
Flip, and place the cheese on top.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes more.
Place the pattie on the bottom bun and add blended dressing, tomato, lettuce and top of half of the bun.
