Ingredients
  

  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 16 ounce(s) lean ground turkey
  • 1 dash(es) salt
  • 4 slices low fat American cheese
  • 1/8 cup(s) low fat mayonnaise
  • 1/8 cup(s) low fat plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon(s) catsup
  • 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon(s) onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) relish
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) paprika
  • 2 floz water
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 4 lettuce leaves

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor blend mayonnaise, yogurt, ketchup, lemon juice, onion, relish, paprika, and water.
  • Set aside.
  • Preheat a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Gently form the ground turkey into thin patties slightly larger than the bun.
  • Add salt and cook for 3 minutes on one side.
  • Flip, and place the cheese on top.
  • Cook for 2 to 3 minutes more.
  • Place the pattie on the bottom bun and add blended dressing, tomato, lettuce and top of half of the bun.
