- 10 garlic cloves
- 32 ounce(s) red potatoes
- 2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/2 cup(s) skim milk
- 2 cup(s) half and half
- 1 dash(es) pepper
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Place the garlic on a sheet of aluminum foil and wrap tightly.
Roast for about 30 minutes.
