- 4 idaho potatoes
- 12 teaspoon(s) light non-dairy butter spread
- 1/2 cup(s) unsweetened unflavored almond milk
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 dash(es) pepper, to taste
Wash and peel potatoesCut potatoes into chunksAdd potatoes to a large pot of water and bring to a boil.
Boil on medium- high heat until potatoes are tender and easily forked.
Drain and place back into pot.
