
Dairy-Free Mashed Potatoes
If you are looking for some great mashed potatoes, but can’t have dairy, this is the recipe for you. Still creamy and buttery tasting, milk this simple side for all it is worth. We guarantee you won’t taste the difference!
Ingredients
- 4 idaho potatoes
- 12 teaspoon(s) light non-dairy butter spread
- 1/2 cup(s) unsweetened unflavored almond milk
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 dash(es) pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Wash and peel potatoesCut potatoes into chunksAdd potatoes to a large pot of water and bring to a boil.
- Boil on medium- high heat until potatoes are tender and easily forked.
- Drain and place back into pot.
- Add non-dairy butter, salt, pepper and mash potatoesSlowly add almond milk while mashing potatoes until potatoes have a creamy consistency.
- Serve and enjoy!.
