Instructions
In a food processor or blender, blend Parmesan, pine nuts, basil, and garlic.
Pulse to combine while adding in olive oil slowly.
Add salt and pepper to taste and pulse.
Serve over pasta, vegetables, or chicken.
You can even use as a spread for toasted bread.
