Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup(s) fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup(s) pine nuts
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 cup(s) olive oil
  • 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper, to taste
  • 4 ounce(s) Percorino Romano, freshly grated

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor or blender, blend Parmesan, pine nuts, basil, and garlic.
  • Pulse to combine while adding in olive oil slowly.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste and pulse.
  • Serve over pasta, vegetables, or chicken.
  • You can even use as a spread for toasted bread.
