- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup(s) all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
In a large bowl, mix zucchini and eggs.
Stir in flour and salt.
Spread onto a greased 12 inch pizza pan.
Bake at 450 degrees F for 8 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees and add favorite toppings.
Bake for another 15 minutes until cheese is throughly melted.
