- 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 tablespoon(s) ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon(s) chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) sea salt
- 3 cup(s) meatless ground crumbles
- 6 corn tortillas
- 2 avocados, finely chopped
- 1 cup(s) corn
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 1/2 ounce(s) chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 1/2 floz lime juice
- 1/8 tablespoon(s) green chili peppers
Heat crumbles in olive oil.
Combine cumin, chili powder and salt and coat crumbles thoroughly.
Keep on low heat while making salsa.
In a medium bowl gently stir together avocados, corn, tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice and chili pepper.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Warm corn tortillas in microwave oven.
Add desired amount of crumbles to the tortillas and top with Avocado-Corn Salsa.
