Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a mixing bowl, place the meat, egg substitute, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs and chopped chervil.
Mix ingredients well.
Form meat mixture into round golf-sized balls and place them on a sheet of wax paper.
The mixture should make between 15-20 meatballs.
Place breadcrumbs in a separate bowl.
Dip each meatball in the breadcrumbs.
Covering the meatballs completely.
Place the finished meatballs on wax paper.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and spray cooking spray.
Place the meatballs in the pan and brown, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Turn over and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
Repeat until all sides are browned.
Place the meatballs in a Dutch oven.
Pour the tomato sauce and red grape juice and lemon juice, cover, and bake for about 1 hour.
Serve.
