Tasty Tomato Basil Pasta
Superb is the word for this simple dish. Easy to make, quick and completely satisfying, sometimes the best meals have it all. It doesn't get better than this facile basil pasta dish.

- 8 ounce(s) pasta of your choice
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 2 medium tomatoes chopped
- 1 cup(s) fresh basil, packed
- 3 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
- 1/2 cup(s) reduced fat shredded mozzarella
Cook pasta and drain.
Saute garlic in skillet with oil for 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes and bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add basil and soy sauce, stirring until basil is wilted.
Toss with hot pasta, sprinkle with mozzarella and serve.
