  • 1 cup(s) long grain white rice
  • 1 teaspoon(s) lime zest
  • 1 floz lime juice
  • 2 cup(s) water
  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Place white rice into rice cooker or boil per instructions.
  • 1 cup water per 1 cup rice.
  • Add oil to rice before turning on.
  • Mix in lime zest, lime juice and cilantro into cooked rice.
  • Serve and enjoy!.
