Ingredients
  

  • 2 sweet potatoes, scrubbed and sliced into strips
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450 F.
  • Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Place the potato slices on the baking sheet and sprinkle with cayenne pepper and salt.
  • Cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake until tender and golden brown, turning occasionally, about 35 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
