Place the steaks in a skillet and sear on both sides for 2 minutes on each side.
Add 1 teaspoon of oil, 1 clove of garlic, 1/2 tablespoon of salt and pepper.
Turn the steak every minute until it reaches your desired doneness.
Remove the steaks, keep warm and set aside.
Meanwhile, preheat a large saute pan over medium-high heat.
Add a drizzle of 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Saute garlic and season the shrimp with salt and pepper and add to the pan.
Add the white wine and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the butter and juice.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk the remaining olive oil, vinegar, soy sauce, honey, cayenne pepper and remaining salt and pepper.
Drizzle sauce over steak and shrimp.
Serve.
