Super Spinach Salad

- 1 package fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup(s) low fat blue cheese crumbles
- 2 tablespoon(s) white vinegar
- 2 tablespoon(s) oil
- 1/8 cup(s) unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup(s) pecan halves
Toss spinach, blue cheese, vinegar and oil together in a bowl.
Use a skillet to saute pecan halves in applesauce until browned.
Add pecans to bowl and serve.
