Ingredients
  

  • 4 cup(s) kale
  • 2 floz water
  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 3 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
  • 1 dash(es) salt
  • 1 dash(es) pepper

Instructions
 

  • Tear kale leaves off of stems.
  • Discard stems.
  • Wash leaves well.
  • Heat oil in large skillet and saute garlic.
  • Add kale and water.
  • Cover and let cook.
  • When bright green and tender, add vinegar and uncover.
  • Cook until most liquid has evaporated.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
