Red Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounce(s) red skinned potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon(s) French Onion Dip Mix
  • 1 teaspoon(s) kosher sea salt
  • 1/4 cup(s) olive oil
  • 1/2 cup(s) sweet onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) fresh ground pepper

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees FWash and scrub potatoes.
  • Cut into half-moon wedges and place into large container that has a sealed lid top.
  • Add Onions, garlic, salt, pepper and oil to potatoes.
  • Add Lipton Onion dip packet to potatoes.
  • Place lid on container and shake until all potatoes are evenly covered in mix.
  • Leave in refrigerator for an hour or more for oil and seasoning to soak into potatoes.
  • Place potatoes into an oven safe pan and spread evenly.
  • Cook potatoes covered with tin foil for 30 mins.
  • Then uncover and cook for an additional 10 mins.
  • , or until potatoes look golden brown and cooked thoroughly.
  • Remove from oven, serve and enjoy!.
