Peachy Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 3 peaches, pitted and diced
  • 1 vine-ripened tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup(s) onion, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoon(s) parsley
  • 1 1/4 tablespoon(s) bourbon brown sugar barbecue sauce
  • 1 floz lime juice
  • 8 ounce(s) boneless skinless chicken breast

Instructions
 

  • In a medium serving bowl, stir together the peaches, tomatoes, onion, parsley, brown bourbon marinade and lime juice.
  • Pour mixture into resealable bag.
  • Set aside 2 tablespoons of the mixture.
  • Add the chicken and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Grill chicken over medium heat for about 6 minutes on each side.
  • Add remaining mixture to chicken and serve.
