Mustard Marinade Chicken Kabobs

Move over catsup, spicy mustard has found a fabulous new match -- and it's a mouthwatering combination. Bursting with mustard flavor, you'll go crazy for these chicken kabobs -- and so will your loved ones. This grill is on fire.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounce(s) spicy mustard
  • 3 tablespoon(s) oil
  • 2 teaspoon(s) soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
  • 8 teaspoon(s) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 5 onions, cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 2 red bell peppers, cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 2 green bell peppers, cut into 2 inch pieces

Instructions
 

  • Whisk spicy mustard, oil, soy sauce and squirt of lemon.
  • Set aside a small amount of mixture to spread over kabobs while cooking.
  • Place the chicken, garlic, onion, red peppers, green peppers in a bowl, and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  • Thread chicken and vegetables alternately onto skewers.
  • Grill for 15 minutes.
  • Turn and brush with reserved marinade.
