Marvelous Mashed Potatoes

Do the mash! The potato mash, that is. Nothing beats homemade, and this one will please everyone!

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounce(s) potatoes
  • 5 tablespoon(s) light butter
  • 1 cup(s) plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup(s) evaporated milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) oregano
  • 2 tablespoon(s) chives
  • 1 dash(es) salt
  • 1 dash(es) pepper

Instructions
 

  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Add potatoes and cook until tender, about 20 minutes.
  • Drain, then return them to the pot to dry out.
  • Using a potato masher, mash the potatoes over low heat until smooth.
  • Stir in the butter,yogurt, milk, oregano, chives, salt and pepper.
  • Serve warm.
