Combine applesauce and flour mix well.
With fork blend in yogurt.
Divide dough in half; wrap each in aluminum foil and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Roll one part pastry on well-floured covered board.
Cut into 4 inch rounds.
Refrigerate scraps of dough before rerollling.
In 2/3 of the rounds, cut 2-inch circles.
Place plain rounds on ungreased baking sheet.
Top with another round with center removed.
Repeat this one more time.
You should end up with 3-layers, 2 with centers removed.
Repeat second part of pastry.
Bake about 25 minutes or until light brown.
Let cool.
Blend cream cheese and honey; stir in almonds.
Spoon mixture into tartlets.
Place strawberries on top.
Serve.
