Ingredients
  

  • 1 cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon(s) light butter
  • 1 cup(s) brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup(s) honey
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) 100% pure baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 8 cup(s) air popped popcorn

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 250 F.
  • Place popcorn in a large bowl.
  • Spray a pan with cooking spray.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
  • Stir in brown sugar, honey, and salt.
  • Bring to a boil over medium-low heat.
  • Remove from heat and stir in soda and vanilla.
  • Pour the mixture over the popcorn.
  • Stir until kernels are coated evenly.
  • Place in baking dish and bake for 15 minutes; stir.
  • Continue baking for another 15 minutes.
  • Let cool until the caramel has almost hardened.
  • Break into pieces and serve.
