- 1 cooking spray
- 1 tablespoon(s) light butter
- 1 cup(s) brown sugar
- 1/2 cup(s) honey
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) 100% pure baking soda
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 8 cup(s) air popped popcorn
Preheat oven to 250 F.
Place popcorn in a large bowl.
Spray a pan with cooking spray.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
Stir in brown sugar, honey, and salt.
Bring to a boil over medium-low heat.
Remove from heat and stir in soda and vanilla.
Pour the mixture over the popcorn.
Stir until kernels are coated evenly.
Place in baking dish and bake for 15 minutes; stir.
Continue baking for another 15 minutes.
Let cool until the caramel has almost hardened.
Break into pieces and serve.
