- 1/2 cup(s) lentils
- 1 cup(s) organic brown rice
- 2 cup(s) gluten free, reduced sodium vegetable broth
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) cumin
- 2 tablespoon(s) dairy free butter
- 1/4 cup(s) onions, chopped
Rinse and drain lentils in a colander.
In a medium sized saucepan, mix lentils, onion and rice.
Add gluten-free vegetable broth, cumin and dairy free butter.
Bring to a boil.
Cover and lower heat to simmer and cook for 40 minutes or until broth is absorbed and lentils are soft and tender.
