- 24 ounce(s) red snapper
- 3 1/8 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 2 tablespoon(s) packed grated lemon zest
- 3 teaspoon(s) coarse black pepper
- 1 floz white wine
- 1 teaspoon(s) lemon pepper
- 2 tablespoon(s) parsley
Pour 2 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil into a small bowl and add the lemon zest, pepper, and white wine.
Set aside and let sit for 20 minutes before using.
Heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Saute snapper for 3 minutes on each side.
Brush the lemon oil mixture over the fish.
Remove from the snapper from skillet and place on a serving platter.
Sprinkle with lemon pepper.
Garnish with parsley.
