- 1/4 cup(s) soy sauce
- 1/2 floz white wine
- 1 teaspoon(s) brown sugar
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 1 dash(es) pepper
- 1 tablespoon(s) sunflower oil
- 1/4 cup(s) shallots, chopped
- 1 cup(s) carrots, chopped
- 2 cup(s) broccoli, chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) celery, chopped
- 1 pound(s) steak, ribeye, flank or porterhouse, cubed
Combine soy sauce, white wine, sugar, salt and pepper in a bowl and set aside.
Heat the 1/2 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and cook the steak cubes, browning on all sides.
Set asideOver medium-high heat use the remaining oil to saute shallots, carrots, broccoli, and celery.
Place on a serving dish and scatter the chopped vegetables on top.
Pour sauce over steak pieces and vegetables.
Serve hot.
