Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup(s) brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup(s) unsweetened applesauce
  • 4 tablespoon(s) egg whites
  • 2 cup(s) whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 1/4 cup(s) chopped walnuts
  • 4 ripe bananas, mashed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325 F.
  • In a large bowl combine sugar, applesauce and egg whites.
  • Sift flour, soda and salt and add to mixture.
  • Add vanilla, nuts and mashed bananas.
  • Bake for 1 hour.
  • Serve warm.
