Guacamole

Holy Guacamole! If you think imitation avocado is the pits, you'll absolutely love this homemade guacamole. Preparing this dip for a snack or a side is a smooth move.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Haas avocados, soft and ripe
  • 1 tablespoon(s) shallots
  • 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
  • 1 dash(es) pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut and scoop out avocados into a small bowl, throwing out pit and peel.
  • Cut into cubes.
  • Add shallot, jalapeno and squeeze lime to get about 1 tbsp of lime juice into bowl.
  • Mix and mash until you have a chunky consistency.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
