Guacamole
Holy Guacamole! If you think imitation avocado is the pits, you'll absolutely love this homemade guacamole. Preparing this dip for a snack or a side is a smooth move.

- 2 Haas avocados, soft and ripe
- 1 tablespoon(s) shallots
- 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
- 1/2 lime
- 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
- 1 dash(es) pepper, to taste
Cut and scoop out avocados into a small bowl, throwing out pit and peel.
Cut into cubes.
Add shallot, jalapeno and squeeze lime to get about 1 tbsp of lime juice into bowl.
Mix and mash until you have a chunky consistency.
Salt and pepper to taste.
