Gingery Pepper Pork Chops

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) oregano
  • 3 teaspoon(s) grated ginger root
  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 1 floz water
  • 2 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 12 ounce(s) (3 oz each) pork loin chops

Instructions
 

  • Mix vinegar, oregano, ginger root, olive oil, water, pepper, garlic and pork chops in a resealable plastic bag.
  • Marinate pork chops for at least 1 hour.
  • Do not marinate for more than 24 hours.
  • Heat a grill over medium heat.
  • Remove the pork chops from the bag and place them on the grill.
  • Cook until the pork chop releases from the grill, about 4 minutes.
  • Flip and cook on the other side for another 3 minutes.
  • Serve.
