You don't have to be in France to do as the French do. Raise a toast to this healthy, breakfast offering. It's a healthy version of your classic favorite but with a delicious twist that will have your family begging you for more!

- 4 tablespoon(s) almond butter
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon(s) honey
- 1 cooking spray
- 8 1/2 tablespoon(s) egg whites
- 1/2 cup(s) orange juice
- 6 slices of bread, cut in half
Combine coconut butter, cinnamon and honey in a small bowl.
Use cooking spray to grease baking pan.
In a shallow bowl mix egg whites and orange juice.
Dip bread slices into egg white mixture and place in prepared pan.
Bake until golden brown (approx.
20 min).
Serve with fruit or topping of choice.
