Fabulous French Toast

There's no reason to frequent your favorite pancake house. Instead, prepare a batch of this famous French toast that's actually a healthy rendition of the popular breakfast staple. Guilt free.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bananas, mashed
  • 6 tablespoon(s) liquid egg whites
  • 1 cup(s) almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoon(s) powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup(s) light maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Use cooking spray to grease a skillet and preheat to medium heat.
  • In a medium bowl, combine banana, egg whites, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  • Dip each slice of bread in egg mixture and place on skillet.
  • Cook until brown on each side.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with light maple syrup.
