- 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) grapeseed oil
- 2 teaspoon(s) onion powder
- 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) chipotle powder
- 2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 2 teaspoon(s) pepper
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Toss potato wedges in a large bowl with oil, onion powder, lemon juice, chipotle powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of pepper.
