- 1 teaspoon(s) grapeseed oil
- 1 teaspoon(s) grated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
Steam the broccoli until tender.
Place the oil and garlic in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and cook for 1 minute.
Add cumin, coriander, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves and salt.
Cook for 10 seconds.
Add the broccoli and cook for 20 seconds, mixing gently until the spices are evenly distributed.
Serve on top of rice.
